How long before you get your purchase?

Most orders take 2 weeks in production and thereafter the delivery takes place within the next 4-7 business days. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays. Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers. Orders once shipped, cannot be canceled.

Shipping of Products

We do drop test packaging of all the products to ensure they reach you safely. Once the order is placed, you receive the shipping details and tracking number from our logistics partner.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and our courier partner name are sent to you via text message/email. Please visit the courier partner's website and enter the AWB number we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

Wholesale Orders Shipping

The consignment will be booked on a To-Pay basis on SafeExpress Corporate rates.

We ship your items in boxes that are designed to protect your purchases. For this reason, we recommend you keep the original packaging at least 14 days after receiving your order.

Nugu Handmade Collections are individually handmade to order, please expect 4-5 weeks for your items to arrive following payment. If all items in your order are already in stock, they will be dispatched within 7-8 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges in case of breakages or size differences will be handled on an individual basis. Kindly contact us at nuguhandmade@gmail.com to address all return and exchange matters.
